At AL SKIN, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read our refund and returns guidelines below.

1. Returns Eligibility
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Certain products (e.g., hygiene-sensitive items) may not be eligible for return.

2. Refund Process
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or error by AL SKIN & COS.

3. Exchanges
  • Exchanges are available for the same product in case of damage, defect, or incorrect item.

4. How to Return
